“We are pleased to announce an exhibition I’ll make you a cherry blossom necklace by Gabrielle Kroese, as a result of her activity during her stay as artist in residence at Studio Kura in Itoshima, Japan.”
I’ll make you a cherry blossom necklace shows photo prints that I made during my stay at Studio Kura in combination with colored surfaces. The colors are picked blindfolded from Haishoku Soukan (a dictionary of color combinations) originated by Sanzo Wada.
A research into how they reinforce, influence, maybe irritate one another.
